This appointment gives us the time to understand the bigger picture of your health. Gathering a thorough medical and lifestyle history, nutrition evaluation and previous labs if applicable. We’ll connect these pieces, complete a physical exam if appropriate, and determine whether additional testing may be helpful in guiding your care.
This service is in-person preferred. Virtual visits for specific accommodations only.
Initial Follow-up — up to 45 minutes
A separate follow-up visit for results review & and individualized care plan.
